Copyright for the software remains with Noritake Itron Corporation. Permission is only granted to use the software, and only for driving Noritake Itron VFD modules.
Unauthorized usage or modifications prohibited
The software is for the use of the specified Noritake Itron VFD module only. Any other usage, or modification, etc, of the software is prohibited.
Design analysis prohibited
Reverse assembly, or other forms of reverse engineering of the software are prohibited.
No liability
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Noritake Itron be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
